Order Processing

For preorders: Please allow 12-14 business days for order processing after proper ID screening is done and all documents are uploaded and verified. Once verification is complete, order processing will begin.

For ready-to-ship items: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Purplexed Beauty ships worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days ($8.99 or FREE on orders over $150)
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days ($14.99)
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day ($24.99)

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days ($19.99)
  • Express International: 3-7 business days ($39.99)

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by visiting the "Track My Order" page on our website and entering your order number and email address.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, occasionally delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
